Not what you would expect for the price

Let me tell you, the staff wasn’t all bad. A nice lady at the front desk helped me check in without hassle even at that late hour, and I appreciated the clean towels at least.

This place wasn’t exactly cheap but I guess you could tolerate it if you really needed to stay for just a night.

What they got right and wrong

The staff here are genuinely kind and accommodating, making check-in a breeze! Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and stores, making it easy to grab food or essentials.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. Pest issues and unpleasant odors were quite evident, which detracted from the overall experience. It was hard to overlook these persistent problems.

Had a great time with friends! We visited RFK Stadium and the White House, both super easy to get to. The staff was awesome and remembered us from last time. The area has plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Just a heads up, they don’t offer breakfast, which would’ve been nice.

We had a hiccup at check-in regarding our card type, but they resolved it quickly.

While the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff were appreciated, the overall experience was marred by serious management and hygiene issues.

Convenient for a quick trip

Rooms have hardwood floors and a fridge. The shower had great water pressure. Security felt solid with police in the area. Check-in was smooth and the staff were super helpful. Location’s a win, tons of shops and places to eat nearby, which is nice for grabbing food. No breakfast offered though.

I spent a night here during my road trip and found it a solid option. Clean room, and a prime location near entertainment. The room did have a lingering odor, but the overall experience was pleasing and worth it for the price.

my stay at the red roof inn was decent. the location is great, close to several attractions. my room smelled so fresh and was really clean. the young woman at the front desk was super helpful and made my check-in process smooth. i appreciated the security at night, which made me feel safe during my stay.

Check-in was a bit weird 'cause they didn’t take my card at first, but the staff really came through to sort it out. Jamaya was super friendly and made everything easier. My room was clean, and they had nice spots to eat nearby. Just wish they had more soap in the bathroom.

great access to parks and attractions for weekend strolls

the convenient proximity to Oxon Cove Park and the National Harbor Marina allowed me to enjoy beautiful nature walks and explore vibrant waterfront views during my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided a cozy atmosphere in my Standard King Room Smoke Free. however, the absence of a refrigerator in the room would have made my trip even more enjoyable.
